South Eastern Railway has decided to run Examination Special Train between Shalimar-Secunderabad-Shalimar for the convenience of the candidates appearing in Railway Recruitment Board Examination.
Train No. 08005 Shalimar-Secunderabad Examination Special will leave Shalimar on 11.06.2022 at 06.00 hrs and will reach Secunderabad at 11.00 hrs on 12.06.2022.
In the return direction, Train No. 08006 Secunderabad-Shalimar Examination Special will depart Secunderabad on 14.06.2022 at 14.30 hrs and will reach Shalimar at 21.20 hrs on 15.06.2022.
The train with one AC 2 Tier, one AC 3 Tier, eleven Sleeper Class and five General Second Class coaches will have stoppages at Santragachi, Kharagpur, Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur Keonjhar Road, Cuttack, Bhubaneswar, Khurda Road, Brahmapur, Palasa, Srikakulam Road, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, Rajahmundry, Vijayawada and Guntur between Shalimar and Secunderabad.
Hatia – Secunderabad Special
South Eastern Railway will run RRB examination special train between Hatia and Secunderabad to clear the extra rush of RRB candidates attending examination as per details below:-

Train No. 08615 special will leave Hatia at 23:55 hrs on Fri Jun 10, 2022 and arrive Secunderabad at 11.30 hrs on Sun Jun 12, 2022.

Train No. 08616 special will leave Secunderabad at 19:30 hrs on Mon Jun 13, 2022 and arrive Hatia at 06:00 hrs on Wed Jun 15, 2022.

These Special trains will stop at Khurda Rd, Brahmapur, Palasa, Srikakulam Rd, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, Duvvada, Rajahmundry, Vijayawada, Gudur and Chennai Egmore stations in both the directions.

East Coast Railway RRB Examination Special Train List
Keeping in view the demands from travelling passengers especially from the aspirants of Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) Examination candidates, it has been decided to run Six pairs of Examination Special Trains towards different destinations from East Coast Railway jurisdiction.
1. Sambalpur – Tata – Sambalpur Examination Special:
Train No. 08305 / 08306 Sambalpur – Tata – Sambalpur Examination Special from Sambalpur will leave at 1730hrs on 11.06.2022 towards Tata. In the return direction, this train will leave Tata at 2000hrs on 12.06.2022 and will run via Angul, Dhenkanal, Cuttack & Nayagarh having stoppages at important Stations.
2. Sambalpur – Durg – Sambalpur Examination Special :
Train No. 08301 / 08302 Sambalpur – Durg – Sambalpur Examination Special from Sambalpur will leave at 2030hrs on 10.06.2022 towards Durg. In the return direction, this train will leave Durg at 2100hrs on 11.06.2022 and will run via Titlagarh & Raipur having stoppages at important Stations.
3. Visakhapatnam – Jabalpur – Visakhapatnam Examination Special:
Train No. 08501 / 08502 Visakhapatnam – Jabalpur – Visakhapatnam Examination Special from Visakhapatnam will leave at 1045hrs on 10.06.2022 towards Jabalpur. In the return direction, this train will leave Jabalpur at 1335hrs on 11.06.2022 and will run via Palasa, Bhubaneswar, Angul, Sambalpur, Jharsuguda Road, Bilaspur & Katni South having stoppages at important Stations.
4. Bhubaneswar – Howrah – Bhubaneswar Examination Special:
Train No. 08405 / 08406 Bhubaneswar – Howrah – Bhubaneswar Examination Special from Bhubaneswar will leave at 2100hrs on 11.06.2022 towards Howrah. In the return direction, this train will leave Howrah at 2000hrs on 12.06.2022 and will run via Cuttack, & Kharagpur having stoppages at important Stations.
5. Bhadrak – Guntur – Bhadrak Examination Special:
Train No. 08401 / 08402 Bhadrak – Guntur – Bhadrak Examination Special from Bhadrak will leave at 2100hrs on 10.06.2022 towards Guntur. In the return direction, this train will leave Guntur at 2000hrs on 11.06.2022 and will run via Bhuabaneswar, Palasa, Visakhapatnam, & Vijayawada having stoppages at important Stations.
6. Bhubaneswar – Tambaram (Chennai) – Bhubaneswar Examination Special:
Train No. 08407 / 08408 Bhubaneswar – Tambaram – Bhubaneswar Examination Special from Bhubaneswar will leave at 1030hrs on 11.06.2022 towards Tambaram. In the return direction, this train will leave Tambaram at 2230hrs on 12.06.2022 and will run via Palasa, Visakhapatnam, & Vijayawada having stoppages at important Stations.
Apart from this, it has also been decided to run Examination Special Trains from various originating Stations through East Coast Railway jurisdiction towards different destinations of the country. Aspirant candidates may get the information about the Examination Special Trains by surfing from Indian Railways Passenger Reservation System or by National Train Enquiry System.

For the sake of convenience of examinees, 02 nos. special trains will run between Howrah – Patna and Kolkata – Samastipur as under:-
Howrah – Patna – Howrah
Train No. 03023 Howrah – Patna Examination Special will leave Howrah on 10.06.2022, 13.06.2022 & 17.06.2022 at 13:50 hrs. to reach Patna at 23:25 hrs. on the same day and Train No. 03024 Patna – Howrah Examination Special will leave Patna on 11.06.2022, 14.06.2022 & 18.06.2022 at 15:00 hrs. to reach Howrah at 00:30 hrs. on the next day. The train will stop at Bandel, Bardhaman, Durgapur, Asansol, Chittaranjan, Madhupur & Jasidih enroute over Eastern Railway jurisdiction in both directions.
Kolkata – Samastipur – Kolkata
Train No. 03155 Kolkata – Samastipur Examination Special will leave Kolkata on 10.06.2022, 14.06.2022 & 17.06.2022 at 22:25 hrs. to reach Samastipur at 11:30 hrs. on the next day and Train No. 03156 Samastipur – Kolkata Examination Special will leave Samastipur on 11.06.2022, 15.06.2022 & 18.06.2022 at 13:30 hrs. to reach Kolkata at 00:10 hrs. on the next day. The train will stop at Naihati, Bandel, Bardhaman, Durgapur, Asansol, Chittaranjan, Madhupur & Jasidih enroute over Eastern Railway jurisdiction in both directions.
Booking of tickets for Train No. 03023 Howrah – Patna Examination Special & Train No. 03155 Kolkata – Samastipur Examination Special is available through PRS & Internet. Special charge will be realized in addition to normal mail/express fare. Concessional booking will not be allowed. Tatkal quota will not be available. Trains will have reserved and unreserved accommodations.
