South Eastern Railway Winter Special Trains 2016-17

To manage extra rush of passengers during the winter 2016-17, South Eastern Railway will run 27 pairs of special trains towards Pune, Bhanjpur & Puri. Out of 27 Pairs, nine Pairs of Weekly Special trains will run between Santragachi-Pune-Santragachi during the period from 03 December 2016 to 30 January 2017, nine Pairs of Weekly Special trains will run between Shalimar-Bhanjpur-Shalimar during the period from 02 December 2016 to 29 January 2017 and nine Pairs of Weekly Special trains will run between Bhanjpur-Puri-Bhanjpur during the period from 02 December 2016 to 28 January 2017.

02822/02821 Santragachi-Pune-Santragachi AC Superfast Specials(9 Pairs)

The Santragachi-Pune AC Special (02822) will leave Santragachi at 18:30 hrs every Saturday will reach Pune at 02.45 hrs o­n Monday. In the opposite direction, the train(02821) leaving Pune at 10:30 hrs every Monday will arrive Santragachi at 18.15 hrs, the next day.

Composition and Route: The Special train with three AC 2 Tier and eight AC 3 Tier coaches will have stoppages at Kharagpur, Tatanagar, Chakradharpur, Rourkela, Jharsuguda, Bilsapur, Raipur, Durg, Nagpur, Bhusaval and Panvel stations enroute.

08093/08094 Shalimar-Bhanjpur-Shalimar Specials (9 Pairs)

The Shalimar-Bhanjpur Special(08093) will start from Shalimar at 17:35 hrs every Friday will reach Bhanjpur at 22.45 hrs, the same day. In the opposite direction, the train(08094) leaving Bhanjpur at 06:15 hrs every Sunday will arrive Shalimar at 12.20 hours, the same day.

Composition and Route: The Special train with eight General Second Class Coaches will have stoppages at Santragachi, Panskura, Kharagpur, Belda, Jaleswar, Basta, Rupsa, Jugpura, Betnoti, Krishna Chandrapur and Baripada stations enroute.

08091/08092 Bhanjpur-Puri-Bhanjpur Specials (9 Pairs)

The Bhanjpur-Puri Special(08091) will start from Bhanjpur at 23:50 hrs every Friday will reach Puri at 06.30 hrs, the next day. In the opposite direction, the train(08092) leaving Puri at 22:45 hrs every Saturday will arrive Bhanjpur at 04.45 hrs, the next day.

Composition and Route: The Special train with eight General Second Class Coaches will have stoppages at Baripada, Betnoti, Rupsa, Balasore, Soro, Bhadrak, Jajpur-Keonjhar Road, Cuttack, Bhubaneswar and Khurda Road stations enroute.
