Eastern Railway will
run special trains between Howrah and New Jalpaiguri to manage extra rush of
passengers in this summer.

Train No. 03059 Howrah to New Jalpaiguri
summer special will leave from Howrah on the following dates:
April: 06, 13, 20, 27
May: 04, 11, 18, 25
June: 01, 08, 15 and 22
Train No. 03060 New Jalpaiguri to Howrah
summer special will leave from New Jalpaiguri on the following dates:
April: 07, 14, 21, 28
May: 05, 12, 19, 26
June: 02, 09, 16 and 23
Route of Train No. 03059 / 03060: These trains will halt at Rampurhat, Barsoi,
Kishanganj and Aluabari Road stations in both the directions.
Composition of Train No. 03059 / 03060: The train will have 1st AC + AC
II Tier – 1 coach, AC III Tier – 3 coaches, sleeper – 13 coaches, ordinary 2nd
class – 3 coaches and GSLR/D – 2 coaches.
The booking for train no. 03059
will be opened from 30th March, 2016 with advance reservation period of 60 days
at all PRS counters and internet.
