Opening of New Two MEMU Trains in Patna and Gaya section of East Central Railway

To fulfill passengers’ demand and with an aim to clearing passengers rush in this route,  two MEMU trains will be inaugurated on Patna – Gaya section by the East Central Railway GM,  Madhuresh Kumar,  06/03/2013 at Patna station. Previously the journey time of a MEMU train was about three hours. The speed limit has also been increased up to 100 Kmp so as to now it will take half an hour less than before.

MEMU Train No.63257

This train will leave Patna Jn. at 20.00 hrs. The train will reach at Gaya Jn. at 22.45 hrs,

 MEMU Train No.63259

This train will leave Patna Jn. at 22.30 hrs. The train will reach at Gaya Jn. at 01.15 hrs. on the next day.

Due to introduction of the above two trains the Train No. 63258 /63260 will leave at Gaya Jn. at 19.00 hrs. and 22.00 hrs. respectively.
